Your objective is to guide both characters to the exit in each level. However, the path to the exit is filled with obstacles in the form of prisoners who will try to stop you.
To overcome these obstacles, you will need to use the unique abilities of each character. Your dog can scare the prisoners, making them easier to catch, while your character can handcuff them once they have been scared. You will need to control both characters simultaneously to catch the prisoners and make it to the exit.
Along the way, you will also need to collect money scattered throughout the levels. This will help you to unlock new levels and progress further in the game.
